Meet Tara Fields
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
Tara has several years working with victims and offenders of domestic violence and with children in those homes. Tara is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a very helpful therapy modality for PTSD and many other disorders.
Tara focuses on trauma as a means of addressing the root causes of many behaviors that come as a result of one’s attempt to adapt post trauma. We will address the trauma in ways that will leave you no longer feel like you are merely surviving, but instead you go from surviving to thriving. You get your life back!

Services

Telehealth Services will be offered through several platforms including therasoft, doxyme and zoom. In person therapy will be offered as well (case-by-case)

Counseling
As a general rule, Tara will not see couples or families in counseling services jointly until each have been seen at least 2 times individually with her. As such, this is a wonderful tool to then be able to address the family system.
Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm
(weekends and evening sessions can be arranged on a case by case basis)
Sunday: Day of Rest
(Non Negotiable, your body and brain need a break)
Billing and Insurance
NOTE: Please do not let your financial situation keep you from therapy! We will make arrangements that we can work through! Get in and get treated!
